The Bible Narrative is the
ORGANON of the KOGKOH
The KOGKOH stands as an essential resource for individuals who are eager to deepen their understanding of the world and the fundamental nature of reality. At the heart of our approach lies the conviction that unity possesses immense transformative power. We emphasize that genuine achievement—especially when it comes to overcoming the seemingly impossible—begins with faith in one’s own abilities. This faith is inseparable from self-control; without self-belief, true self-mastery remains unattainable.
Faith, whether in an idea, a person, or a higher power, provides meaning, direction, and inner tranquility to the soul. For us, faith in Elohim, God of the Creation, is the most profound and dynamic force in existence. This faith is not merely a belief but the power that can completely reshape an individual, equipping them with the strength and determination to pursue any aspiration they choose.

The KOGKOH originated from the prison ministry auxiliary at Carver Missionary Baptist Church in South Central Los Angeles around 1992. With approval from church leadership, Deacon Henry Combs Jr. began volunteering in Los Angeles County jails and prisons. At its inception, the ministry functioned as a church auxiliary.

MINISTRY LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE
After his ordination as a Deacon at the Carver Missionary Baptist Church, located at 5050 South Hoover St., Los Angeles, California. Henry Combs Jr. embraced a pivotal role in providing spiritual guidance and support within the Los Angeles County jails and prisons. As a religious volunteer, he led Bible study sessions and assisted with Sunday worship services, consistently offering encouragement and faith-based mentorship to incarcerated individuals.

To form a Collaborative of Individuals, Churches, Synagogues, Temples, Fellowships, Religions, Faiths, Creeds, Entrepreneurs, and Businesses. We believe this will nurture a global community of dignity, respect, and unity among all people. To create an environment conducive to neutrally presenting and teaching various histories, cultures, religious principles, practices, and beliefs of our global community.
Henry Combs Jr.'s commitment to outreach and spiritual service deepened significantly after he received his preacher's license. With this important credential, he took the initiative to launch an official church prison ministry. This major undertaking was made possible through the dedicated involvement of ten church members who worked alongside Minister Combs. United in their mission, they endeavored to bring hope, faith, and opportunities for personal transformation to those within the Los Angeles County correctional system.
In July 1994, Minister Henry Combs Jr. completed the necessary training and was officially ordained to preach the Gospel. Following this milestone in his spiritual journey, Reverend Henry Combs Jr. was appointed as a Protestant Chaplain by the Los Angeles County Correctional System Religious Administration. This new position further extended his dedication to serving and uplifting incarcerated individuals, providing them with spiritual guidance and support during their time of need.
In 1996, Henry Combs Jr., together with Cassandra Combs, organized The Kingdom of God Kingdom of Heaven Ministries (KOGKOHMIN). As devoted Christians, a husband and wife team, Co-Laborers for the Kingdom of God, they established this ministry with the specific purpose of ministering to incarcerated individuals, continuing their shared commitment to faith-based outreach and support within the Los Angeles County Correctional System.
To present and represent God (Elohim) as described in the Holy Scriptures and by Jesus Christ, using 1 John 4:10-13, 17-21 (NKJV) as one core principle.
“In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit” (1John 4:10-13, NKJV)
“Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us” (1John 4:17-21, NKJV).
Our community brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, all unified by a common conviction: that together, we can make the world a better place for everyone. We recognize the unique contributions each person can offer, and we are committed to working collaboratively to achieve meaningful change.
Central to our vision is the belief that, through collective effort, it is possible to eliminate hunger and starvation and to extend lifesaving scientific advancements to those in need. We see this work as an expression of the Creator’s will—a challenge for humanity to demonstrate the goodness, compassion, and righteousness that reside in our hearts and souls.
At The KOGKOH, we hold compassion, kindness, respect, and consideration as foundational values in our interactions with all people. We believe that genuine compassion and consideration for others naturally lead us to act with true justice and righteousness. By embracing these principles, we strive to ensure that our actions and decisions reflect fairness and integrity toward everyone.
Our commitment is not only to practice these values ourselves, but also to inspire others to adopt them. We encourage every member of our community to treat others justly, with thoughtful consideration and deep understanding. Through this shared dedication, we are confident that together we can help create a better, more equitable world for all. At the KOGKOH, we believe in the importance of compassion, kindness, and respect. We strive to embody these principles in everything we do, and we encourage others to do the same. We believe that by treating others with love and understanding, we can create a better world for all.
